Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit.
From 8 to 14 days, forfeit 85% of the deposit.
From 15 to 21 days, forfeit 65% of the deposit.
From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 45% of the deposit.
From 28 days plus, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
